The Gran Meliá Don Pepe was one of the first hotels in Marbella and stands in a prime position at the start of the 'Golden Mile'.
The promenade runs in front of the hotel and along into the centre of Marbella (about ten minutes’ walk) – perfect for an evening stroll, when you’ll often find entertainers dotted along it.
Inside the rooms are decorated in a combination of warm and calm colours and feel spacious and light. Many have tremendous ocean views. Downstairs, the bar and lounge still retain the slightly colonial feel of a bygone era, particularly when the piano strikes up and guests take to the floor for some dancing.
The choice of cuisine includes the Michelin star Calima by Dani García, a modern restaurant serving a delicious menu which includes traditional Andalucían specialities.
