Hotel Description

The Grand Hotel Residencia is a delightful and charming boutique hotel a few minutes’ walk from the designer shops and fabulous beach of Maspalomas.

Surrounded on one side by a palm grove, with views towards the dunes and the mountains, the setting is peaceful. Offering discreet and attentive service, the hotel is popular with adults looking to relax and unwind.

Rooms have a traditional style with pretty tiles, floral fabrics and calm colours, and are located in seven villas surrounding the main pool area.

The hotel also has a wonderful spa – make sure you try some of their divine treatments. Light and relaxing in the day, in the evenings the lounge takes on an intimate feel, with regular live piano music.

Upstairs in the restaurant dinner is often served outside on the terrace. The menu is delicious and there is often a barbeque.
