Iberostar Saphir Palace, Yasmine Hammamet

This delightful luxury hotel is one of the later, but definitely finer, additions to the modern resort of Yasmine Hammamet. Standing in four acres of landscaped gardens, it looks across to the long sandy beach, where guests have a reserved section.
The design and decor makes use of light and space in a tasteful blend of Tunisian and contemporary styles. By day you can be as active or leisurely as you wish with a host of sports facilities including tennis and seasonal watersports, while Le Spa offers hedonistic hydrotherapy and beauty treatments.
In the evening there is a piano bar or occasional theme nights for entertainment. The cafes and nightlife of Yasmine Hammamet resort are also within walking distance.
All rooms are wonderfully spacious and cool, however the junior suites are particularly recommended for their huge bay window with stunning panoramic Mediterranean views.
